Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FlashAsk desktop application and website (the "Service") operated by FlashAsk (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Use of Service

FlashAsk provides a desktop-based AI assistant interface. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your use of the application.

2. AI Content Disclaimer

FlashAsk utilizes third-party AI models (including Google Gemini) to generate responses.

• Accuracy: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. We do not guarantee the correctness of any information provided by the Service.
• Reliance: You should not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
• No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the desktop application.
• Use the Service to generate harmful, hateful, or illegal content.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding AI-generated output), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FlashAsk and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FlashAsk, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
